ASALUS CORPORATION was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission in November 21, 1995 primarily as a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO). Popularly known as Intellicare, the brand of its HMO business, it is engaged in the delivery of managed healthcare services via comprehensive, systematic, and prevention- oriented health maintenance programs.
Intellicare became an integral part of the Pan-Asian group Fullerton Health (a leading provider of corporate healthcare solutions in Asia Pacific) in May 2018. Fullerton Health’s entry in the Philippine market through its significant investment in the Intellicare Group strenghens its position as the country’s preeminent HMO. Leveraging on Fullerton Health’s technological and multi-geographical expertise and extensive network, Intellicare will expand the healthcare space and revolutionize the delivery of managed care in the Philippines.
